Killjoy Jewellery is a small business specialising in unique handmade and assembled jewellery. Focusing talents on necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and miscellaneous accessories, Killjoy provides something for anyone for every occasion. Materials are often thrifted to minimise environmental impact, bought at markets, or through online retailers who provide opportunity for bulk purchases at low cost.

Single handedly run by a Fine Arts student graduate in a small bedroom in East Auckland, Killjoy started out of frustration towards the mass produced and low quality products featured in the malls. Thus sparking a passion to create unique, eye-catching, and affordable jewellery pieces that is available to all.

Established in 2019, Killjoy has made 800+ orders across NZ and AUS and continues to grow and expand its platform through social media, word of mouth, and collaborations. Purchases are available through the Killjoy website or Instagram DM and provides affordable pieces that are welcome to any age, ethinicty, gender, and sexuality. With the rising cost of living, one of Killjoy's biggest aim is to keep prices affordable and accessible without the compromise of quality so that everyone can still treat themselves and feel beautiful wearing Killjoy.
