FAQ
Shipping Info
- We pack our jewellery with tissue paper and bubble wrap, and post with compostable courier bags from r3pack to be enviromentally conscious.
- $6 Tracked NZ postage & $11 Tracked Rural postage
- All postage done through NZ Post
- If you live in the East Auckland area and would like to pick up, there is a free pick up option available. I will email you to organise time for pick up and address info.
Shipping Times
- Shipping usually 3-5 business days with NZ Post
- As Killjoy Jewellery is run by one person, please allow 1-5 days before your order is shipped out as some items may need to be made to order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve an email with the order details and tracking info
- If you need next day delivery then please message me on Instagram @killjoyjewellry and I can possibly arrange this for you
Jewellery Aftercare
- All Killjoy items are quality checked before being released to ensure our customers are recieving products in good condition and up to standard
- Avoid getting your Killjoy items wet, sprayed with perfume, or crushed as glass beads are used in alot of our items
- All metal materials are made of stainless steel. Benefits of stainless steel jewellery is that it is hypoallergenic, doesnt fade and is quite durable! We still reccomend to care for these items and keep them away from moisture though
Broken Items
- If an item arrives broken or damaged then please contact me on Instagram @killjoyjewellery with images and description.
- Broken items have yet to happen though as we ship our items wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap to ensure your items get to you safely
Returns/Refunds
- Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds unless products arrive broken or defective. Valid return time 5 working days.
Custom Pieces
- If you would like a custom piece then contact me on Instagram @killjoyjewellery and provide a budget, description, and inspiration images of what you would like
- For non-adjustable necklaces the product length will be in the item description, if you require a longer or shorter length then please include this information in the check out section or DM on Instagram. Length adjustments of 8cm or less are free of charge.
- Custom requests are always open, but are not guaranteed to be accepted due to materials, stock, difference in style or time restraints.
